Wesak Procession in Penang

It’s Wesak Day again – a celebration of three momentous events in Buddha's life - his birthday, enlightenment and achievement of Nirvana. In Penang, a pompous parade is carried out where a lot of floating boats and Penang Buddhists walking down the streets around Burmah road in a procession. This is one of the interesting shots that I've taken at the procession in the evening. I believe this kid represents the early life of Siddhartha before attaining his Enlightenment.
